Christians on Campus

Ahoy there, all of you who care. Here are the Christian events planned on campus ’til the end of term.

Meth-Ang:

Meets Mondays at 7:30pm in L/037. The final ‘Changing Images’ under scrutiny this term are:

Week 7: The Holy Spirit
Week 8: No meeting. Turn up at the usual time for the Meth-Ang ‘Lark in the Park’. Fun and games etc!
Week 9: The end of year meal. Give your cheques etc to people in the know soon!

Cassoc:

Meets Tuesdays at 7:30pm in More House.

Week 8: Life as a Sister. Sr Eithne O’Donaghue CP.
Week 9: The ‘Wimbledon’ party. Don’t ask us!

If you can, try and support the bread and soup lunches served every week day between 1 and 2pm in More House. Only 50p a time, and the proceeds go to a worthy cause. Better than Campus Fare! [Allegedly — Legal Ed.]

Christian Union:

Prayer meetings: Tuesdays 7:30pm in D/056.
Main meetings: Saturdays 6:15pm in V/045.

Week 8: Leavers’ event. See posters or local CU-types for details …
Week 9: Not a sausage, as we’re all off home.

Christis

We meet on Wednesdays at 2:15pm in V/119, to discuss the forthcoming issues, chat about football and stuff like that, argue, shout, throw things at one another and be a bit silly. Come up and see us — make us smi-i-i-le!

Chaplaincy:

Friday Forum continues, every Friday (we kid you not) at 1:15pm in V/119. The final discussions this term concern:

Week 7: Ways of seeing; the Bible today. With Jim Jones.
Week 8: Look out for posters, no-one’s sure right now …!
Week 9: Nothing! Not a bean! It’s the end of term, you see.
