What is the Best Way to Witness on Campus?
![[The Thinker logo]](../../graphics/thinker.gif)
- Don’t join every single Christian sociey on campus,
pursue other interests, meet different people, talk, dance,
drink, eat, act, play; football, volleyball, anyball. Write,
read, work, walk, run, sing, do anything, live, life, be
yourself, don’t be a committee, seize the day!
- Do people’s washing up when they’re in
bed.
- Wobble indiscriminately into the lake.
- Friendship evangelism.
- There is no ‘best’ way: with such a diversity
of backgrounds, experiences and views as there are here, who
knows how many ways God speaks?
- GODSPELL! — come and see it in week 6!
- To wear religious T-shirts all summer.
- To be so full of joy that people desperately want
whatever it is you’ve got.
- To live as though Jesus was standing next to you
throughout your day.
- To go out with a non-Christian partener from campus and
demonstrate the inherent better physical and spiritual life
that being a Christian brings; thereby giving the partner a
first-hand witness of Christianity.
- Buy them pints.
- Hide.
- Walk around with an “I love
Christis” shirt on.
- Don’t Bible bash!
- To be distinctive — in the way we live, our
attitudes to people, the world, everything. Staying close to
God is therefore vital.
- By living out the things you believe: i.e. that all your
non-Christian friends are on their way to Hell — that
would get you talking to them!
